Kelly County
A rural county in the state of Leonida characterized by dirt roads, farmlands, and mud clubs.
Kelly County appears on the collaborative map the community builds from the trailers and from leaks (Mapping Project). Rockstar has not confirmed it: not the name, the exact location or what will be there. That is why we mark it as speculation and do not treat it as fact.
We will complete this entry with verified information when the game launches on November 19, 2026. In the meantime, you can check the six official regions in the state of Leonida entry.
