A classic Vice City beachfront district located north of Ocean Beach.

Washington Beach is on the community’s collaborative map. Rockstar has not confirmed it for GTA VI, but it is a name with history in the series.
In 2002’s Vice City
Washington Beach was one of the districts on the beach island, between Ocean Beach to the south and Vice Point to the north. It was an area of beachfront hotels, apartments and shops, busy throughout the game.
The real-world reference
The name comes from Washington Avenue, one of South Beach’s main streets in Miami Beach, running parallel to Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue. It is the neighborhood’s shopping and nightlife avenue, with bars, clubs and hotels.
